TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND ISSUED A NUMBER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS AUCTION. BY REGISTERING AND SIGNING BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND AND TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION.
1 . All items are being sold in “AS IS ” condition. No guarantees and/or claims will be made on any item by any Atlantic County, any municipality or school board participating in this auction, or any employees thereof.
2 All items may be inspected at the above location on December 9, 2013 from 8:00am to 12:00pm and on the day of the sale.
3 All sales are final. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given.
4 ALL TRANSACTION WILL BE MADE IN CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK OR CERTIFIED CHECK. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. All checks shall be made payable to the "Treasurer, County of Atlantic
NO PERSONAL CHECKS, CREDIT CARD PURCHASES OR CHECKS WITH BANK LETTER OF CREDIT SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
5 Nothing can be removed from the auction site without a paid receipt. The jewelry and items in the display cases will be handed over upon presentation of a paid receipt. Vehicle titles and keys will be delivered upon receiving full payment and receipt given to clerk
6 ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION SITE ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION OR ON THE DAY FOLLOWING BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM AND 3:00 PM. ANY ITEMS REMAINING WILL BE DISPOSED OF BY THE ATLANTIC COUNTY COOPERATIVE.
7 The auction will begin promptly at 10:00 am . Buyers are encouraged to inspect smaller items prior to start of auction. Once auction begins no inspection of smaller items will be allowed.
8 Any and all disputes arising at the time of auction will be settled by the Atlantic County Purchasing Agent or her designated appointee.
9 Items may be added or deleted to the list of items to be sold prior to the sale.
10 The County of Atlantic reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
